Terms of use
The short version: you must be 18+ and allowed to play where you live, tickets are final, one ticket wins the whole pot, and every draw can be checked. The full rules are below.
01Who can play
- You must be at least 18, or older if the law where you live says so.
- You may only take part if raffles, lotteries and games of chance paid for with crypto are legal where you are. You are responsible for checking this. If they aren't, don't buy tickets.
- One account per person. Accounts are for your own use and can't be sold or shared.
- We may refuse, suspend or close an account, and void tickets, if we reasonably believe you broke these terms, used someone else's funds, or tried to cheat, abuse bonuses or attack the site. If we void paid tickets for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund them.
02How a round works
- Each round sells tickets at $2 each, paid in crypto. Every ticket is one entry.
- 80% of every ticket sale goes into the pot. The other 20% covers running the site, payment and network fees, and affiliate rewards.
- A round runs until its countdown ends. If no tickets are sold, the clock extends. When it ends, sales close and one ticket is drawn. Its owner wins the whole pot.
- The draw uses a secret number fixed before the first ticket of the round is sold. Its fingerprint (hash) is published on the site. After the draw the number is revealed, so anyone can recompute the winner on the verify page.
- Ticket numbers start at #0000 and are given out in the order purchases are confirmed.
03Payments
- Payments are handled by a third-party crypto payment processor. Your tickets are credited only once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.
- The number of tickets is based on the amount actually received. If you send more than the invoice, the extra buys extra tickets. If you send less, the payment is flagged and we'll contact you to sort it out.
- Always send the right coin on the right network. Crypto sent to the wrong network or address may be unrecoverable.
- Tickets are final. There are no refunds once a ticket is credited, except where we void tickets ourselves or the law requires it.
- Balance. We may add credit to your account balance (for example to correct a payment). It can be used to buy tickets and is recorded in US dollars. It earns no interest.
- Withdrawals. You can withdraw balance credit that isn't sponsored credit (minimum $10) to your payout wallet. Withdrawals are reviewed and sent by hand in SOL, converted at the price when sent, usually within 24 hours. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal while we check for fraud, stolen funds or a breach of these terms; if refused, the amount goes back to your balance. Withdrawals open 24 hours after a payout wallet change.
- Sponsored credit that we add to an account (for example for a sponsored stream) can only be used for tickets. It can't be withdrawn and has no cash value. Anyone streaming or posting with sponsored credit must say so clearly.
04Winning and payouts
- The pot is paid in SOL to the payout wallet saved on the winning account. Keep that address correct. Payouts sent to the address on your account are final.
- Your payout wallet is locked while a round you're in is being drawn and paid, so it can't be switched at the last second.
- The amount paid is the SOL that went into the vault for that round. Its dollar value can move with the SOL price between purchase and payout.
- Payouts are sent automatically from a multi-signature vault, usually within minutes of the draw. Network problems can delay them. If a payout is stuck, we'll keep trying and contact you.
- You are responsible for any taxes on winnings or affiliate earnings where you live.
05Bonus tickets
- We sometimes give free bonus tickets. Examples: a top-player bonus for a round's biggest buyers, a streak bonus for playing several rounds in a row, a bonus for the first ticket of a round, a bonus on a player's first purchase with an approved partner's code, and a one-off gift of free tickets for approved partners.
- Bonus tickets are real entries in the draw, but they add nothing to the pot, so they slightly lower everyone else's odds. Only one bonus applies per purchase, and offers can expire.
- Bonuses have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can be changed or ended at any time. Abusing bonuses (for example with multiple accounts) voids them.
06Affiliates
- Once you've bought a ticket (or been invited as a partner) you can get a referral link. You earn a share of purchases made through it: 5% as standard, or a negotiated rate for approved partners. Your share is paid instantly in SOL to your payout wallet.
- You can't earn on your own purchases or through accounts you control. No spam, misleading claims, fake winnings, paid ads bidding on our name, or promotion to under-18s or where this is illegal. Breaking these rules forfeits unpaid rewards and closes your affiliate account.
- Large single payouts may be held for a manual check before they're sent.
07Chat
- Only ticket holders can post in the site chat. Be decent. No harassment, hate, spam, scams, links, wallet addresses or impersonating staff.
- We never ask for your private key, seed phrase or login code, in chat or anywhere else. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- We can remove messages and mute accounts at our discretion.
08Responsible play
- Only spend what you can afford to lose. Buying a ticket is paying for a chance, not an investment.
- Most tickets lose, because only one ticket wins each round.
- If you want a break, email [email protected] and we'll block your account from buying for the period you choose.
09The legal bits
- The site is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running correctly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for tickets in the round concerned.
- If a clear technical error affects a round, for example a ticket credited without payment, we may correct it. If a draw can't be completed fairly, we refund that round's tickets.
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
- Questions or complaints: [email protected].
