Every invoice created through the payment processor. Rows highlighted in yellow were paid but never credited (usually because the round closed while they were paying). Handle those by hand: refund them, or credit them in the next round.

Balances
Money players keep on the site. Top-ups come in through the payment processor and wait in the till. Tickets bought from a balance are split like any other sale. Withdrawals are yours to send: send the SOL from your wallet to the address shown, paste the transaction signature, then click "Mark paid". The player gets an email with the Solscan link. Keep at least the "Held for players" amount available at all times.

Add credit or correct a balance
Sponsored credit can only be spent on tickets, never withdrawn. Use it for sponsored streamers (they must say it's sponsored). A correction can be plus or minus and can be withdrawn.

With instant payouts on, affiliates are paid automatically the moment each sale clears. "Record payout" is only for money you send by hand (for sales from before instant payouts). Tier changes apply to future sales only.

Everything posted in the site chat. Delete messages, give someone a timeout, or mute them for good. You and your moderators can also do this right inside the chat on the site: hover a message and click ⋯. Make someone a moderator on the Users tab. You post as "The Pot" when logged in with your admin email.
